Module 1: The Classroom
Learning

Master effective use of the board and classroom layout strategies.

Implement optimized seating arrangements and teacher positions.
- Create an ideal classroom environment considering lighting, temperature,
and
acoustics.
Module 2: The Teacher
Learning
Objectives:

Embrace authenticity in the classroom and overcome personal doubts.

Build rapport and navigate teacher control effectively.
- Recognize
diverse work types and manage mixed-ability classes.

Handle early and late finishers efficiently.
-
Write SMART educational objectives using Bloom's Taxonomy.
Module 3: The Learner
Learning
Objectives:

Identify students' learning styles and individual differences.
-
Understand the impact of Multiple Intelligences (MI) on student learning.
-
Recognize and address students' educational needs.
-
Employ differentiation strategies for effective teaching.
-
Manage and address the root causes of misbehaviors in the classroom.
Course Delivery:
- The course consists of pre-recorded input sessions accessible online.
- A
discussion forum will be available for interaction and support among
participants.
- Facilitator-led live Q&A sessions will be scheduled as needed.
Assessment:
The
allocation of marks for the course is distributed as follows:
- Quizzes on each module to evaluate comprehension of the material (60 points).
- Responding to reflection queries (30 points).
- Course evaluation (10 points).
Certification:
- A
certificate of completion will be awarded upon successfully finishing the
course requirements.
Prerequisites:

Basic proficiency in English language.

completing assignments.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, the learning environment should be safe & secure, so shareholders should take into their consideration the following perectives.
Classroom management :
Effective classroom management makes a big difference in students' engagement and the learning environment and changes the students' mood positively by employing various methods such as whole class ,pair, or group work.
Classroom layouts
According to teaching techniques and methodologies, classroom layout should be arranged.
Some techniques for layouts, such as semi- circle or circle, are beneficial for group work and co-operative learning. It is also contributing to engaging in a learning atmosphere, enriching instruction, and student achievement.
Different classroom setups from time to time improve student engagement and prevent boredom.
Another important factor, which is varying teacher positions, It promotes inclusively, challenges assumptions, and empowers students in a dynamic learning environment.
Mutual respect and putting yourself in students' shoes creates a supportive environment where every student can thrive and develop a passion for learning.Moreover, if the teacher cares about every single detail, it enhances, of course, Students' performance, participation and maintaining engagement. One of these details is using the whiteboard effectively, lighting, acoustics, ventilation, and temperature.
How are you going to practice/implement this learning over the next few months?!
ReplyDeleteAs a teacher, I have to take into my consideration every single detail and put myself into students' shoes.
1- classroom management should be effective and dynamic by using different techniques and methodologies to make the learning environment safe and secure.
2- Classroom layouts should be according to the activity or strategy that I use to prevent boredom.
3- Even the whiteboard division, lighting, ventilation, and temperature should be taken into my consideration.
To sum up , creating an engaging and supportive learning environment is my own responsibility as a teacher.
